UNM Board of Regents Approves Land Conveyance for Lobo Crossing Retail Center
Sage’s Role: Sage members Kim Murphy and Harry Relkin were the consultants that initiated the South Campus Tax Increment District concept and then brought it to fruition by gaining approval for UNM from the City, County, and State. Sage’s Brent Dupes provided significant support. This is the first TIDD created on public land in New Mexico.
