Netflix Commits $1 Billion More in New Mexico
Sage’s role: Sage’s Principal Harry Relkin was part of the landowners’ (Mesa del Sol Investments, LLC) negotiating team for the sale of the land to Netflix. He was primarily engaged in the public infrastructure tax Increment and Public Improvements Districts’ components of the complex negotiations that included the buyer, Netflix, the City, the County, and the State.
