Brad Hill, Advisor
Brad Hill has extensive experience working in the affordable housing field engaging in development of federal, state and local housing initiatives and policy. He has managed governmental programs at the state level with both the NM State Housing Division and the NM Mortgage Finance Authority (MFA). He administered government contracts for federal and state programs. Clients included both county and municipal government, the MFA, regional housing authorities, Council of Governments (COGs), national housing intermediaries and numerous private developers of affordable housing programs and projects. Hill co-founded one of the first residential green
building certification entities in the country and led adoption of green building policies at the national and state level, including successful adoption of tax incentives and building code protocols.
Hill is a former Mayor and Community Development Director for the Town of Edgewood. As Director of Community Development, he restructured land use protocols and adopted a successful redevelopment process that is being adopted by other local governments. Also, he was elected to the Board the New Mexico League of Zoning Officials.
